Cross by Saguaro at St. Anthony's

 

I like to take pictures of unique crosses. I'll keep adding to this catagory as time goes on.

 

 

This picture can only have been taken in Arizona or northern Mexico since Saguaros only grow in the Sonoran Desert. What makes this unique is that it is a Russian cross in the middle of the Sonoran Desert.

 

 

 

The same uniqueness applies to this black and white picture below as well.

Cross in Brickwork

notice the four directional cross on the top of the small scalloped dome. 

 

 

I love the architectural detail in the brickwork of these churches.
